**Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)** Hybrid - Newark, CA (Must live within commuting distance) $53.63 - $88.49 per hour We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support clinic and regional leadership in a dynamic healthcare environment. This role partners closely with managers to drive effective people strategies, support workforce initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment regulations. **Key Focus Areas** + Employee & labor relations (including investigations) + Leave management expertise (FMLA, ADA, and related regulations) + Coaching and advising leaders on HR best practices + Workforce planning, performance management, and employee development + Implementing HR programs and organizational initiatives + Ensuring consistent policy application and regulatory compliance **What We're Looking For** + 3-5+ years of HR experience (HRBP, HR Generalist, or HR Manager) + Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and leave management + Experience partnering directly with managers and leadership + Bachelor's degree required + HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP/SCP) is a plus This is a great opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, solving complex employee relations issues, and making a real impact on the employee experience. **Pay Details:** $53.63 to $88.49 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
