As a Lead Instructor, you will:Work with site staff at our partner schools in the areaLead STEAM projects/activities for students in their classrooms using our proprietary curriculumTeach students in grades tK-8thCreate relationships with parents and students that build on trust and respectCreate a safe environment for the students Additional duties as assignedAbout youThis role is great for early-career educators and seasoned educators alike. Candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications:Available to start training immediately (paid), and to start instructing immediatelyAvailability - Monday: 8:15am - 12:15pmWednesday: 8:15am - 2:00pmFriday 8:00am - 2:30pmExperience teaching and managing large groups of youth in an academic settingExceptional communication skillsAccess to reliable transportationWilling to go through our professional development training programCompensationThe hourly rate for this position is $25.00/hr depending on experience, with opportunities for pay raises based on performance and time with the company.To applyPlease submit your resume explaining your relevant experience.
