Position Title: Project Manager (PM)Job Type: Full-Time.Job Location: Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C.Requirements: The Candidate shall have a:U.S. citizenshipMinimum 5 years of customer service experience managing a public tour service or visitor centerAt least 1 year public speaking experience with groups over 30At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office SuiteCurrent CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart AssociationMust pass BEP security clearanceDuties: The Candidate must: Serve as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR)Manage daily operations of the Tour and Visitor Center (TVC)Schedule and oversee all staff, including backups for key positionsSubmit weekly and monthly tour reportsMaintain the shared tour calendar and ensure accuracy of scheduled eventsAddress staffing assignments, incidents, and corrective actionsEnsure all staff comply with required BEP training and tour protocolsProvide continuity of operations during closures or emergencies
