Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a **Dispute Analyst in Research Triangle Park, NC!** Pay rate: $ 35.86/hr Shift availability: Mon - Fri, 8a-5p (hybrid) **For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now and upload your resume.** A Dispute Analyst manages and resolves disputes between client and its customers or partners. Specializes in handling disagreements or conflicts related to financial transactions, billing discrepancies, or other issues arising during the order to cash operations. Timely resolution is critical to minimize cash flow impact. Responsibilities for this **Dispute Analyst** but not limited to: + Managing disputes globally related to sales tax, true-ups, and withholding tax + Manage incoming disputes: Manage incoming disputes from email and other sources to ensure timely resolution + Investigate disputes: Review relevant documents, such as invoices, tax documents, contracts, and correspondence, to determine the root cause and validity of the dispute + Collaborate with stakeholders: Work with collectors, sales, tax, CLO, finance, and other external parties to drive resolution + Analyze cases to determine whether dispute is deemed valid or invalid + Submit credit requests into the required systems to generate needed credits/debits/write offs + Respond to requests: Communicate to collections the outcome of dispute validation or request for further information for investigation + Timely resolution of disputes raised by partners/customers + Communicating with customers: Contacting customers by phone, email, or mail to communicate the status of their dispute or obtain further information Education/Certification Requirements: + Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance Experience requirements for this **Dispute Analyst** : + 2-3 years of related work experience required + Ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders across organizations at all levels to resolve cross-functional issues + Extremely detail-oriented with strong analytical skills + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Proficient with MS Office suite + Relevant dispute analyst experience + Preferred knowledge of having worked on ERP's such as Oracle, Integrated Collections Manag3ement Systems (ICMS) and/or High Radius As a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
