VP of Lending

** Job Summary:**We are seeking an experienced and strategic leader to join our team as Vice President of Lending at Hooli. As a key member of our leadership team, the VP of Lending will be responsible for leading the development and execution of our lending strategy , driving growth, and expanding our customer base . This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities , manage risk, and drive operational efficiency.**Requirements:*** 10+ years of experience in lending or financial services, with a strong background in credit risk management and loan origination* Proven track record of driving business growth and expansion through strategic planning and execution* Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk management principles* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment**Preferred Qualifications:*** MBA or advanced degree in a related field ( e.g. finance, economics)* Experience working in a technology or fintech company* Strong network of industry contacts and relationships* Certification in a relevant area (e.g .
