Adecco is Hiring a **Contact Center Representative** for the Sunrise F, Florida area **.** **Apply Now** if you wish to interview for this position. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** 1. Answer all incoming calls to the Credit Union and respond to voicemails, faxes, emails, texts and chats from members. 2. Handle questions posed by members in a professional manner. 3. Handle challenging member issues by providing tactful and professional recommendations. 4. Direct calls to proper departments and personnel. 5. Educate members as to the technology and systems available to them as a member of the Credit Union, including any policies and procedures. 6. Process and close loans received by phone, mail, fax, or internet in compliance with lending policies and procedures. 7. Open all new accounts with the current online new account provider. 8. Process basic maintenance requests on members' accounts (i.e.: address changes, name changes, beneficiary changes, etc.) 9. Write and send correspondence (as needed) to members and fellow associates by regular mail or by email. 10. Balance processed work at the end of the day 11. Adhere to the credit union's BSA/AML/OFAC compliance program. 12.
