This senior-level role is designed for technicians with substantial aircraft maintenance experience who can perform complex tasks independently while maintaining strict compliance with FAA and OSHA requirements.We are looking for motivated professionals with strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a demonstrated commitment to safety and quality.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform advanced aircraft fuel tank and fuel system maintenance in accordance with approved technical data and company proceduresConduct fuel tank entry, inspection, cleaning, sealing, and component removal or installationTroubleshoot and resolve complex fuel system discrepanciesUse intermediate-level hand tools and maintenance equipment to complete assigned workRead and interpret technical manuals, work cards, engineering data, and maintenance instructionsCommunicate effectively with supervisors, inspectors, and team members regarding work progress and technical issuesMaintain accurate documentation and maintenance records as requiredSupport training and mentorship of junior technicians as neededMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environmentPerform additional duties as assigned by managementMinimum Qualifications3+ years of aircraft fuel system repair experienceStrong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand toolsIntermediate assortment of personal hand tools requiredAbility to work in confined spaces (required)Ability to read, write, speak, and understand EnglishAbility to communicate effectively with co-workers and follow detailed technical data and work instructionsValid driver's licenseMust successfully pass pre-employment screening, including:FAA-mandated drug testBackground checkWork Environment & Physical Requirements (Confined Space)This position requires work inside aircraft fuel tanks and other confined spaces.
