Job DescriptionHuman Resources Manager Leads and oversees HR operations, managing strategic initiatives, daily HR functions, and compliance requirements. Advises leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and best practices. Administers new hire onboarding, orientation programs, and HSA enrollment. Resolves conflicts, corrective actions, and separations. Manages benefits operations, including medical, dental, vision, and ancillary plans. Leads benefits renewal, negotiations, and enrollment from planning to execution. Manages 401(k) plan operations, reviews, and audit coordination. Develops and manages the HR and staffing budget. Manages organizational compensation strategy, bonus programs, and the full performance management cycle. Leads all metrics and workforce reporting. Coordinates annual compliance, ethics, and conduct training for all employees. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required HR certifications (PHR/SPHR or equivalent) preferred. Minimum of 7+ years of HR experience. Experience supporting a mid sized organizations. TS/SCI CI poly required. Kavaliro provides Equal Employment Opportunities to all employees and applicants.
