Senior Designer - Where Craft Meets InnovationAre you a designer who sees materials differently? Someone who can look at a surface, a texture, or a color story and imagine what it could become? We're looking for a Senior Designer to bring that vision to life - from first sketch to final prototype.What You'll DoYou'll be the creative engine behind some of our most exciting client projects - translating abstract ideas into tangible, production-ready designs. That means:Owning the full CMF process - concept through commercializationDeveloping and refining customer artwork into polished prototypesCreating seamless digital patterns and production design templates with precisionBuilding relationships with global clients and staying ahead of trendsCollaborating across teams - Sales, Customer Service, and our Aesthetics Prototyping Lab - to deliver solutions that wowYou'll problem-solve, push boundaries, and occasionally redefine what's possible with our print and texture capabilities.What You Bring3-5 years of design experience in Color & Trim, Graphic Design, or Textile DesignHands-on experience with global brands across multiple categoriesA sharp eye for trends, materials, and surface pattern developmentMastery of Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop & Illustrator)Strong instincts for communicating design intent - visually, verbally, and in writingA BA/BS in Design (or an Associate Degree with 5+ years of experience)Knowledge of flat-bed, continuous, and digital print processes is a big plusThe Extra EdgeThis role also requires:Passing the Farnsworth Munsell Color Vision Test - because when it comes to color accuracy, we mean itWillingness to travel internationally (roughly 15-25%)Language: Fluent English required.
