This role will focus exclusively on recruiting and talent acquisition - not HR responsibilities - supporting hiring efforts across multiple regions including Texas (Houston, Dallas, Austin), Augusta, GA, and Winder, GA.The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of recruiting experience, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or general contracting industries, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative office environment. This is a highly visible recruiting role where personality, energy, and relationship-building are critical for success.Key ResponsibilitiesSource, recruit, and engage qualified candidates across multiple operational regions.Build and maintain strong talent pipelines within construction, manufacturing, and related industries.Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.Conduct phone screens and initial candidate interviews.Coordinate and manage the interview process with hiring managers and leadership.Utilize creative sourcing strategies including job boards, networking, and social media recruiting.Track recruiting activity and candidate pipelines within the companys Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Represent the company professionally when engaging with candidates and industry professionals.QualificationsBachelors degree required3-7 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experienceExperience recruiting within construction, manufacturing, building materials, or related industries strongly preferredExperience recruiting in a corporate/internal recruiting environment preferredStrong interpersonal and communication skillsEnergetic, outgoing personality with strong relationship-building abilitiesHighly organized with strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentBilingual Spanish is a plusTravelApproximately 10-15% travel, typically once per quarterCompensationBase Salary: $65,000 - $70,000Quarterly Bonus Structure tied to positions filledTotal On-Target Earnings: $90,000 - $100,000Work Environment100% In-office role in Duluth, GACollaborative, high-energy corporate recruiting teamFast-paced environment supporting multi-location hiring needs
