The Human Resources Business Partner serves as a strategic partner to Fluid Management Operations leadership across the Clifton Park, NY and Shrewsbury, MA manufacturing sites. This role partners closely with site leadership to translate business objectives into people strategies that strengthen organizational capability, leadership effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. This is a hands on and highly visible role requiring strong business acumen, coaching capability, and the ability to balance tactical execution with strategic thinking. The HRBP will proactively identify risks and opportunities, advise leaders through complex employee matters, and drive initiatives that improve operational performance, culture, and talent outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor to site leadership, translating business strategy into workforce, organizational, and talent actions that enable operational performance and scalabilityCoach and influence leaders on leadership effectiveness, decision making, performance management, and navigating complex employee situations while strengthening frontline leadership capabilityLead organizational assessments, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent reviews to build long term organizational capability and address future skill needsDrive organizational design, role clarity, and change management initiatives in support of growth, restructuring, and operational prioritiesUtilize data and insights to identify risks, recommend solutions, and guide leadership decisions impacting productivity, engagement, and retentionManage complex employee relations matters and ensure consistent, fair application of policies while balancing compliance and business outcomesPartner with Centers of Excellence to implement enterprise programs including performance, compensation, development, and engagement initiativesIdentify cultural trends and proactively implement actions that strengthen engagement, accountability, and a high-performance environment across both sitesAct as a visible HR presence within operations, building trust and credibility with leaders and employees while aligning site practices to enterprise standardsDrive continuous improvement of people processes and challenge existing practices to enhance organizational effectiveness and operational performanceLead and support HR initiatives and projects as assigned in support of the companyBachelor’s degree required8 plus years Human Resources experience, preferably supporting manufacturing or operations environmentsExperience supporting multiple locations in a matrixed organizationStrong coaching and influencing skills with leaders at multiple levelsDemonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with executionExperience with employee relations and investigationsProven ability to lead change and improve organizational effectivenessStrong analytical and problem solving capabilityAbility to travel regularly between NY and MA sites
