Lighting Controls Project Manager I

Position Summary: Responsible for all aspects of project management from beginning to end under minimal supervision. Position Responsibilities: * Perform material take-offs * Produce add order quotations * Create and manage quote files * Screen phone calls during peak bid days and bid times * Compiling, coding, categorizing, calculating, tabulating, auditing, or verifying information or data * Perform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project close out as needed * Maintain and label project files * Follow up with tracking information to the commercial offices and customers (includes Gear and RGA's) * Travel to factories as needed for product training * Purge project files twice a year * Prepare cut sheet submittals * Assist in Auto Cad layouts as needed * Label and maintain project drawings * Maintain knowledge of currently represented products * Develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish work * Other duties as assigned by manager Essential Skills: * Prior lighting project management experience or equivalent preferred * Prior customer service experience * Must have excellent math skills * Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and internet research * Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services; including customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction * Auto Cad experience preferred * Proficient in Blue Beam and/or Adobe
