We even offer pet insurance.As we continue to grow and extend our reach, our priority is focused on recruiting talented and driven people to add to our team and build them up for success.The role:Handles of claims which may have multiple featured identified upon report or likely to arise during the investigation of the claim including collision, comprehensive, physical damage and unrepresented injury claimsResponsible for claims that may involve significant/multiple coverage issues including:Unlisted driver operating vehicle at time of lossNon-permissive user of vehicle at time of lossOther loss to VIN/PolicyLoss within 10 days of coverage change, inception or expirationPolicy cancellationResponsible for claims involving all types of auto accidents from single vehicle to semi-complex multi vehicle lossesResponsible for rental management and tow storage mitigationDeliver Customer Service according to company expectationsResponsible for processing claims involving:Complex liability investigationsTotal lossUnrepresented injuriesFire and TheftWhat it takes:Bachelor's degree is preferred2 - 3 years of claims experience in auto liability and physical damage preferredAbility to maintain and secure adjuster's license within 90 daysDemonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and writtenIntermediate to advanced knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office productsStrong orientation to customer servicePreferred SkillsAbility to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, technical journals/procedures, and financial reports and dataAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from management, employees, clients and customersAbility to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentagesAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsAbility to interpret an extensive variety of financial, legal and technical informationStrong analytical and negotiation abilitiesExcellent organizational and time management skills requiredAbility to work independently, think creatively and exercise strong, sound judgmentAbility to prioritize activities and projects while staying organizedAbility to process high volumes of work while meeting deadlinesOther DutiesThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
