Here's what it takes to succeed with us. 1 year of call center experience Strong passion for gaming, gaming platforms, and industry trends Experience with email platforms (Outlook) and customer support software Excellent written communication skills , including grammar and spelling Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Ability to remain calm, patient, and professional in high-pressure situations Strong time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment What You'll Do: Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat , resolving complaints and technical issues Troubleshoot issues across gaming platforms (console, PC, and mobile) Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication to customers Utilize knowledge base articles and support tools to deliver accurate solutions Document customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up and resolution Maintain high performance in a metric-driven customer support environment Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and customer experience Why This Role?
