Ideal candidates will bring previous experience in investment banking, private equity, transactions services, or related fields. Compensation: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 + bonus Location: Montgomery County, PA - On-Site Responsibilities of the Investment Banking Associate include: Lead client due diligence and prepare Confidential Information Memoranda (CIMs). Analyze and organize client financial data. Coordinate with deal team members across the firm. Manage transaction logistics and achieve transaction milestones. Conduct industry and company research. Qualifications of the Investment Banking Associate include: Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. 2+ years of investment banking, PE or transaction services. Strong quantitative skills, including financial modeling and analysis. Excellent organization, communication, and research abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Positive attitude, proactive approach, and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Must have connections to the Greater Philadelphia Area.
