Job DetailsMidtown is looking for talented dishwashers to enhance our stellar restaurant experience. We are searching for associates who can work 28-40 hours a week (3-5 shifts) and MUST be available weekends and holidays.What Your Days Will Look Like As an important part of the cafe team, our Dishwashers are friendly and attentive professionals who strive to delight our members and guests by: Maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation in the dish room and kitchenOperating all ware-washing machineryEnsuring that all food service and preparation ware is clean and sanitizedScraping and spraying all food service ware before it enters the ware-washing machineRacking all china and glassware properly according to type and size to avoid breakageSeparating all food service ware and store properly in designated areasKeeping ware-washing area clean and safe; clean work area, drains and machinery at end of shiftPerforming special cleaning projects in kitchen areas as assignedDisplaying good communication skills when interacting with associates and guestsOur Dishwashers:Have great personalities that naturally connect with a wide variety of peopleDemonstrate strong customer service skills and enjoy serving othersHave the ability to work gracefully and quickly under pressureWork well in a collaborative team environmentAre highly organized and efficientHave excellent communication skillsWhy You'll Love It You'll be joining a team that takes "collaboration" to another level.
