Design Modelers create and develop accurate 3D models that support estimating, coordination, and construction workflows throughout the project lifecycle.Responsibilities:Create discipline-specific 3D models based on design intent, standards, and project requirementUtilize collaboration system (Navisworks) to coordinate model content with other trades involved in the projectMaintain accurate and organized model geometry throughout the project and apply QA/QC standardsInterpret drawings, specifications, and field inputs to ensure 3D model accuracyWork under supervision to learn and follow Design and project specific modeling standards and processesSupport coordination efforts by updating and refining model content as direction is providedIdentify modeling issues or conflicts and communicate them to the Design team for review and resolutionDocument and track modeling progress to support project reportingQualifications:Experience or technical education in BIM, CAD, drafting, engineering, or constructionStrong spatial understanding and ability to interpret 2D documents into accurate 3D geometryGood problem-solving abilities and attention to detailOrganized, systematic, and able to perform detailed technical tasksWillingness to follow direction, learn new processes, and grow within the teamKnowledge of mechanical, electrical, or construction systems is highly preferredExperience with BIM software (Revit, AutoCAD, or similar) is a plusStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environmentSafety LevelThis is a safety sensitive position, and all applicable policies including drug test and background check will apply.The inherent responsibilities of your role may include physical working conditions.
