Staffing Inc. is partnered with a great company in Muskegon, MI, who are looking for a skilled Welder/Finisher. This role is crucial for ensuring the production of high-quality components while adhering to safety and efficiency standards. Competitive Pay RateMusic is allowed (one earbud only)Great internal culture with long-term employees and advancement opportunities.Welder/Finisher and Job Responsibilities:Must be able to operate a Wire Feed MIG Welder or have experience in Robot Welding, Tig Welding.Understanding of Blueprints and Welding Engineering Symbols (we train on both)Adherent to all safety requirements Maintains all weld fixtures after use. Clean and provide feedback if maintenance is requiredUnderstanding of company Policies and Procedure that pertain to part and job identificationWeld finishing when required using hand tools such as a sander or grinderWillingness to learn and improve personal skill levelForklift operationMust have own Weld HelmetWelder/FinisherQualifications:2 Years of Welding ExperienceExperience using basic hand and power tools. High school diploma or GED. Extensive standing, recurring bending, reaching as well as moderate to heavy lifting. Good eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity.
