Read state statute and compare with complaints to analyze the issue. Communicating with the public, so good customer service skills are a MUST. Advise complainant of the Division's jurisdiction and that the case is being closed and for what reason. Provide any resources or referrals, as appropriate. Send a written correspondence to the complainant once approved by the supervisor. Close the case out by adding the appropriate codes/activities/statues in Versa. Document the actions in the OnBase system.
