It's entirely up to you…..Apply now! DINING ROOM ATTENDANT Ensure a spotless and neat environment for our guests to enjoy their Chicken Guy! meal. Create a positive experience for every guest by clearing tables, emptying trash receptacles, and making sure everything is clear for the next guest throughout each shift. The Dining Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all inside and outside dining areas. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Interact with guests with a warm smile and energetic greeting and ensure that their needs are met. * Ensure that all floors, tables, and seats are clean and ready for guests to sit and enjoy their meals. Sweep or pick up food and other items on the floor or patio, wipe tables and seats and ensure they are cleaned and sanitized within 15 seconds of the guest leaving the table. * Maintain all trash areas to ensure they are kept clean and all trash is emptied upon the container being ¾ full. * Assist guests in pre-bussing tables while they are eating, and assist guests in bussing the table as they depart. Create a positive experience for both the guests who are departing as well as those arriving to be seated. * Other related responsibilities. Requirements REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in a guest or customer facing position preferred, but not necessary Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability and willingness to smile and interact in a genuinely energetic, warm, and attentive manner towards guests and co-workers Ability to work in a high energy, fast paced environment Interact positively and effectively with guests and coworkers EDUCATION: No formal education beyond high school experience required
