Job Title: Technical Support - Sr Location: Richmond, Wilmington, Plano, or McLean Salary Range:$22/hr - $24/hr.w2 Duration: 7 Months Required Skills & Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification At least 1 year of remote help desk support experience Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years Preferred Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or military experience 1 year of equivalent Mac support experience 1 year of equivalent Windows OS support experience 2 years of end-user support experience 1 year of experience with ServiceNow 1 year of experience with Vulnerability Assessment tools (Qualys, Rapid7, Crowdstrike, BeyondTrust) Day-to-Day Responsibilities Provide endpoint vulnerability remediation support using various tools and techniques Monitor and respond quickly to calls received to the Service Desk Interact with end users via soft phone or chat modules to resolve desktop vulnerabilities Remotely access and support end-user machines to achieve first call resolution Utilize Service Now as the ticketing tool to track and escalate incidents Participate in projects and program initiatives within the team Company Benefits & Culture Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development Supportive and inclusive work environment For immediate consideration please click APPLY to begin the screening process with Alex.
