We're looking for enthusiastic, growth-driven Directors and Assistant Directors who love Yoga to join our company.Candidates must have a 200-hour RYT certificate and are required to teach classes on the schedule (Power, Power 1, Barre, Sculpt, Hot Power Fusion, Yin).Previous management experience is required.Responsibilities include:Interviewing, hiring and training teachers and front desk staffWorking a minimum of 40 in-studio hours per weekBeing present at the studio during peak business hours (evenings and weekends)Tracking studio budgetAddressing day-to-day maintenance needsProcessing payrollOversee inventoryWork 4-5 Front Desk shiftsLots of cleaning - all day every day!Lead Teacher TrainingsLead and manager teachers and front desk staffBenefits:Hot 8 Yoga to pay 60% of Health, Dental and Vision insurance (up to $535/month)2-weeks (10 days) PTOFree yoga, all day, everydaySubmit cover letter and resume for consideration!Job Type: Full-timeHourly $25 - $31 per hour.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offVision insuranceSchedule:8 hour shiftHolidaysOn callWeekend availabilitySupplemental pay types:Commission PayWork Location: One location
