Salesforce Technical Architect

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills * Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent, with a minimum of 15 years of industry experience. * At least 10 years' experience working with Salesforce platforms, including a minimum of 5 years in large project execution. * 8+ Years working in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably in the Salesforce partner ecosystem * 5+ years of Agile (or Agile/Waterfall Hybrid) experience as a project or program leader * 8+ years of experience working for a professional services or consulting firm delivering projects to external customers * Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) preferred, or equivalent experience in a principal/enterprise architect role. * Salesforce certifications such as Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant and Architecture related certifications are strongly preferred. * Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Data Modeling, Security Models, and Identity management * Work on identifying opportunities from Salesforce ecosystem and convert in salesforce engagement * In-depth knowledge of Salesforce's capabilities and integration capabilities. * Strong leadership skills, with proven experience leading and managing a team. * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
