We strive to create a positive and fun atmosphere where our Team Members feel valued and are enthusiastic about the contributions they make to the success of Leslie's.Job Overview:The District Manager oversees multiple Leslie's stores to ensure they consistently meet or exceed customer service standards, sales goals, profitability targets, operational procedures, and merchandising objectives. This role is responsible for driving district sales growth, managing profit margins, controlling payroll, and overseeing all controllable expenses. The District Manager ensures the effective implementation of all company programs, develops General Managers, and sets the standard for delivering excellent customer service and creating a great workplace through leadership by example.Responsibilities:Ensure all new team members are proficient and fully trained in required programs within 180 days of onboardingDrive district stores to meet or exceed budgeted sales goalsIncrease water test conversions and prescription sales penetrationAchieve targets for conversion, units per transaction (UPT), and average ticket size (ATS), and implement action plans where improvement is neededManage controllable expenses to maximize profitabilityGrow customer count through training, coaching, and adherence to service standardsDevelop and mentor General Managers to ensure strong leadership and team performance across the districtQualifications:3-5 years of field experience in a multi-unit retail environmentBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferredProven leadership skills with excellent references from supervisors, peers, and direct reportsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to relocate is helpful but not requiredWe offer our employees competitive compensation, extensive paid training, comprehensive and flexible suite of benefits package, 401K with company match, team member discounts, rewards for top performers, and most importantly career advancement opportunities.Leslie's recognizes a critical component to our continued success is our people.
