We are committed to delivering excellence in engineering through innovation, collaboration, and technical leadership.Position Overview:Jedson Engineering is seeking Senior Project Manager/Project Director to lead multi-discipline engineering projects supporting large capital investments. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in managing projects from early-stage development through detailed design and project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget objectives.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage large capital projects through all FEL (Front-End Loading) phases and into detailed design, procurement and construction management.Utilize Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) principles to support construction planning and execution.Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and progress tracking tools to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.Coordinate internal engineering teams and external stakeholders to meet project goals.Maintain strong relationships with clients through clear communication and proactive problem solving.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.10+ years of project management experience in an engineering environment.Proven experience with large-scale capital projects and engineering team coordination.Deep understanding of FEL phases and AWP methodology.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Preferred Qualifications:Professional Engineer and /or PMP certification is a plus.Why Jedson?Competitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunity to work on impactful, high-value industrial markets projectsCollaborative and dynamic work environment
