You will own ABM, global campaigns, and digital marketing-connecting them into a unified system that establishes CXA as a recognized category, drives enterprise pipeline, and scales efficiently. This is a category-creation moment, and your work will directly shape how the market understands and adopts Customer Experience Automation.This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a hands-on leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy and execution, has a passion for account-based marketing, and wants to continue defining a new market category from the ground up.What You'll Do: Build & Scale Account-Based Marketing Design and operationalize a tiered ABM program - from high-touch 1:1 engagement for strategic accounts to scalable 1:many programs - positioning Talkdesk's CXA platform as the category-defining solution for enterprise buyersPartner directly with enterprise sales reps on joint account planning, delivering account intelligence, intent-driven insights, and coordinated multi-channel engagement that demonstrates the business value of Customer Experience AutomationDevelop marketing programs that support the full customer lifecycle, including post-sale expansion and cross-sell as accounts realize the impact of AI-driven automation on their customer operationsBuild the frameworks and methodology to continuously grow the target account list based on data-driven ideal customer profile refinement and CXA adoption signalsTransform Global CampaignsReorient the campaigns function toward enterprise-grade, full-funnel campaigns that advance the CXA category narrative and drive qualified enterprise pipelineLead campaign strategy and execution across three motions: account-centric campaigns for named accounts, use-case campaigns showcasing AI-driven business outcomes for scalable demand creation, and CXA category awareness campaigns in partnership with brandOwn global campaign planning, performance management, and optimization across all regions, ensuring every campaign reinforces Talkdesk's position as the CXA category leaderConsolidate & Elevate Digital MarketingOwn paid media and the digital agency relationship, ensuring digital channels amplify the CXA category story and drive enterprise account engagementShift digital strategy toward precision enterprise targeting, including ABM-targeted display, LinkedIn, and programmatic, while maintaining pipeline efficiencyImplement personalized digital experiences for target accounts that showcase AI-driven business outcomes and CXA use cases relevant to each account's industry and prioritiesDrive Marketing Operations ExcellenceServe as the primary Growth Marketing stakeholder for the Marketing Operations team, ensuring the tech stack and data infrastructure are optimized for enterprise ABM workflowsEstablish attribution and reporting frameworks that connect marketing activity to pipeline, revenue, and account engagement metricsChampion adoption of AI-assisted tools and automation to increase team velocity and content personalization at scaleCross-Functional PartnershipsThis role requires strong collaboration across the organization.
