ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Daily bag service for patronsSet up cars in staging area and set up patrons bags on cartsMaintain cleanliness of golf car fleetOther misc. duties as directedPerform duties as directed by the Golf Professional KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Maintain effective working relationships with fellow employees and patronsAble to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to communicate effectively both orally and in writingAble to work a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends or HolidaysCustomer service oriented individualAble to lift 50 lbs on a regular basisKnowledge of golf helpfulValid Illinois driver's license required. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHours: 20 hours weekly, seasonal from April - OctoberPhysical requirements:Ability to lift 50 pounds and 20 pounds frequently and a negligible amount of force to constantly move objects.Work requires reaching, grasping, and repetitive motionsVocal communication is required for expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken wordHearing is required to perceive information at normal spoken word levelsVisual acuity is required for maintaining accurate records, determining the thoroughness and accuracy of work and to observe general surroundings and activities.The worker is subject to working numerous hours while sitting and standingRequires the use of a motorized vehicle.This position does not receive benefits.
