Now Hiring: Social Media Specialist & Content Creator We are partnering with a growing, highly respected organization in the homebuilding and real estate space to find a creative and data-driven Social Media Specialist & Content Creator. The Role The Social Media Specialist & Content Creator will lead the strategy, creation, and execution of visually compelling social and digital content across multiple platforms. This individual will play a key role in shaping brand storytelling, supporting campaigns and events, and driving audience growth and engagement. This position blends creative production (graphics, video, content) with performance analysis, ensuring content not only looks great—but delivers results. Key Responsibilities Own and manage all social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and emerging platforms Develop and maintain a rolling 30–60 day content calendar aligned with campaigns, launches, and key initiatives Create engaging content that highlights brand storytelling, product features, company culture, events, and promotions Design and publish social graphics, branded templates, and visual assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite Produce short-form video content (Reels, Stories, Shorts, etc.) to support marketing efforts Collaborate with internal teams and external media partners to support campaigns and public relations initiatives Manage relationships with PR and media vendors, ensuring timely delivery of content and assets Track and analyze performance metrics including engagement, reach, and campaign effectiveness Provide insights and recommendations to optimize future organic and paid content strategies Support website updates and digital content needs as required What Success Looks Like Consistent growth in audience engagement and social following Measurable contribution to digital lead generation and campaign performance Timely delivery of high-quality, on-brand content across all channels Regular reporting and actionable insights to improve content strategy Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field preferred 3+ years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing Proven experience managing brand-level social media accounts and content calendars Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, InDesign, etc.) Experience with campaign execution, event support, and performance reporting Ability to balance creative vision with data-driven decision making Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills What We’re Looking For Highly creative with a strong visual eye and attention to detail Self-starter who can manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong storyteller who understands how to connect with audiences across digital platforms Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment If you're ready to bring brands to life through impactful content and innovative social strategies, we’d love to connect. #INDEAST
