Job description:The dishwasher supports the restaurant by ensuring all dishware is clean and ready for reuse for guests. They are responsible for washing dishware, maintaining a clean workstation and helping the kitchen with other needed tasks. Duties and Responsibilities include: Clean all restaurant dishware. Maintain a clean workstation. Assist with cleaning the back of house. Support staff with other needed tasks. Maintain health and safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service. Self-driven, proactive, and punctual. Qualifications: Restaurant dishwashing experience. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to maintain proper sanitation and food safety standards. Ability to spot problems and resolve them quickly and efficiently. Follow company policies and procedures and comply with all state and federal regulations. Ability to maintain professional demeaner and communication. Ability to maintain proper uniform and professional presentation. Safeguard the team by maintaining a healthy and safe workplace, environment, and culture. • Ability to walk up and down stairs. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
