Required Skills High School Diploma/GED or higher Minimum of 3 years of administrative or strategic support experience Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules, deadlines, and stakeholder communication Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relations internally and externally Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and reporting tools Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities Vaccinated against COVID-19 (no exemptions/no declinations) Nice to Have Skills Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field Experience in project coordination or management within healthcare or similar regulated environments Knowledge of performance improvement methodologies or quality metrics analysis Experience organizing events, meetings, and developing program materials Familiarity with policy documentation and compliance processes Preferred Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree preferred At least 3 years experience supporting project coordination or program management, preferably in healthcare settings Other Requirements Ability to work day shift, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday Willingness to support data collection, reporting, and performance tracking activities Ability to participate in cross-departmental policy review sessions and implementation efforts Must provide proof of vaccination; accommodations may be considered for disability or religious reasons If you are an organized, proactive professional eager to contribute to meaningful healthcare initiatives, we encourage you to apply today.
