Description We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team in Mesa, Arizona, and contribute to fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in employee relations, HR administration, and multi-state employment law, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies. As a key member of the HR team, you will work closely with leadership to support workforce development and drive organizational success. Responsibilities: - Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a culture of collaboration. - Administer HR functions, including maintaining records, ensuring policy compliance, and overseeing daily operations. - Develop and implement comprehensive benefits programs to support employee well-being and satisfaction. - Utilize HRIS systems to track employee data, generate reports, and streamline HR processes. - Lead onboarding initiatives to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the organization. - Collaborate with management to assess workforce needs and support talent development strategies. - Provide guidance and training to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures. - Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations. - Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements. - Support organizational change initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Requirements - Proven experience in employee relations and conflict resolution. - Strong knowledge of HR administration and compliance standards. - Expertise in benefits management and program development. - Proficiency with HRIS systems and data management. - Demonstrated ability to lead onboarding processes effectively. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership. - Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
