Every detail matters - and cleanliness is foundational to the peaceful energy our members experience each day.Position OverviewWe are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clean Team Associate Manager to help lead and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout our space. In this role, you will maintain our wellness environment while serving as a lead for other Clean Team members - ensuring consistency, accountability, and quality across every shift.This position plays a key leadership role in preserving the calm, welcoming atmosphere our members value.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the lead for Clean Team members during scheduled shiftsOversee daily cleaning and sanitization of Pilates studios, coworking areas, sauna, restrooms, and event spacesConduct quality control checks to ensure all spaces meet MNT's cleanliness and presentation standardsProvide guidance, feedback, and support to Clean Team members to maintain consistencySupport scheduling coordination and communicate coverage needs as they arisePerform post-event cleanup and reset spaces for regular programmingMonitor and replenish supplies (paper goods, soap, towels, cleaning materials, etc.)Partner with Community Managers to uphold aesthetic standards and operational excellenceEnter and maintain spaces quietly and mindfully to preserve a peaceful member experienceAddress cleaning needs proactively and respond to facility-related requests as they ariseWhat We're Looking ForStrong attention to detail and high cleanliness standardsLeadership experience in cleaning, facilities, or hospitality preferredAbility to guide a team while also executing hands-on responsibilitiesCalm, respectful presence with a commitment to maintaining a serene atmosphereFlexibility to work evenings and weekends as neededReliable, organized, and proud of maintaining beautiful, functional spacesWhy Join Us?Starting pay at $22 per hourBe part of a meaningful mission centered on wellness and connectionWork in a calming, thoughtfully designed environmentJoin a supportive team that values leadership at every levelIf you take pride in maintaining exceptional standards and enjoy leading a team in creating a space that promotes peace and well-being, we'd love to connect with you.To Apply:Please submit your resume and a brief note sharing why you're interested in joining MNT Wellness Social Club as our Clean Team Associate Manager.
