Quality Manager - PCB Manufacturing

Now Hiring: Quality Manager - PCB Manufacturing Location: Addison, IL (Relocation Assistance Available) Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 annually + Benefits + Relocation Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent We are seeking an experienced Quality Director to lead quality assurance and control functions within our Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for a proven leader with deep expertise in electronics/PCB production and a passion for driving compliance, continuous improvement, and a culture of quality excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring compliance with ISO, IPC, and customer requirements Develop, implement, and monitor quality strategies, policies, and procedures for PCB manufacturing Manage and mentor a team of engineers, inspectors, and technicians Collaborate across production, engineering, and supply chain to ensure product quality throughout all manufacturing stages Conduct audits (internal/external), manage customer quality concerns, RCA, and CAPA Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies Partner with suppliers to maintain incoming material quality standards Report on quality metrics, dashboards, and KPIs for leadership Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field (Master's preferred) 9+ years of progressive quality experience within PCB, electronics, or semiconductor industries 3+ years in a leadership/director role Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes (fabrication, assembly, testing, SMT, reflow, etc.) Expertise with ISO 9001, IPC standards, and certifications Hands-on experience with FMEA, PPAP, 8D, SPC and Lean/Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt a plus) Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Willingness to relocate to Addison, IL (relocation package provided) Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually (commensurate with experience) Comprehensive benefits package (including medical, dental, 401k) Relocation assistance provided Career growth opportunities in a leading PCB manufacturing environment How to Apply: If you're ready to grow your career in pharmaceutical manufacturing, apply directly via LinkedIn OR reach out through WhatsApp for quick screening: #QualityDirector #QualityLeadership #PCBManufacturing #ElectronicsManufacturing #QualityManagement #ManufacturingJobs #AddisonILJobs #RelocationJobs #DirectorJobs #NowHiring
