Provides guidance and support to junior team members, helping them develop their technical skills and understanding of voice systems. Provides comprehensive voice infrastructure support and administration. Ensures high-availability and reliability of voice systems. Manages inventory and lifecycle of voice infrastructure components. Monitors and optimizes performance of voice systems. Implements and maintains security measures for voice infrastructure. Provides technical system support and troubleshooting. Utilizes tools such as Cisco RTMT, SolarWinds, Wireshark, NetBrain, ServiceNow, TranslatorX, Remote Port Status Monitor, and Cisco CUBE logs for voice monitoring, troubleshooting, and administration. Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of voice systems with other IT services. Coordinates with vendors and service providers to maintain and improve voice infrastructure. Develops, implements, and enforces policies and standards for the use and maintenance of voice systems. Allocates resources effectively to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Prepares and presents regular status reports on the performance and health of the voice systems. Acts as the point of escalation for any issues or incidents related to the voice systems. Develops long-term plans for the voice infrastructure, including upgrades, expansions, and new implementations. Other duties as assigned. Manages the deployment, upgrade, and support of the enterprise and facility voice infrastructure. **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:** - Proven skills to provide technical, project and professional leadership of a technical team of Enterprise Voice Engineers and Technicians. This includes the facilitation of weekly team meetings, 1-1 meetings with team members, project meetings and support meetings. [Required] - Proven skills in the coordination of team resources for enterprise projects and support tasks. This includes the facilitation of technical project calls, support calls and training sessions. [Required] - Proven skills in providing guidance, mentorship and development of team of Enterprise Voice Engineers and Technicians. [Required] - Proven skills in serving in the role of an escalation contact for a technical operations team. [Required] - Proven skills in Project Management of voice related projects. [Required] - Proven skills in both verbal and written communication. [Required] - Proven skills with Cisco voice platforms such as Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco Contact Center Express, Cisco CUBE and Cisco Emergency Responder. This would also include VOIP, Mobility, Wireless, Call Accounting systems, Voice recording systems and Wallboard systems. [Required] - Ability to understand and implement LAN/WAN networks including topics such as OSI model, TCP/IP protocols, subnetting, DHCP pools, and Ethernet. [Required] - Proven skills with Cisco platforms such as Cisco Catalyst Switches, Cisco ASR and ISR Routers [Required] - Proven skills in discussing and planning application architecture with cross-functional application, business, technical teams and third-party vendors. [Required] - Technical writing skills. [Preferred] - Experience with Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity, Cisco Contact Center Express, Cisco CUBE and Cisco Emergency Responder. [Preferred] - Experience with Cisco Data Switches and Routers. [Preferred] - Experience with physical and virtual servers. [Preferred] **Education:** - Bachelor's [Required] **Field of Study:** - in a degree such as Computer Science, Information Systems or Information Technology or 7 years related experience. **Work Experience:** - 5+ supporting cisco voice infrastructure platforms to include cisco call manager, cisco unity, cisco contact center express, cisco cube and cisco emergency responder and other voip systems [Required] - 7+ support of an enterprise voice platform in a 24x7 environment. [Required] - Working in healthcare or other 24x7 environment.
