Marketing Specialist This role will be in the Monroe office 2 days a week, in the Lancaster office 2 days a week, and remote on Wednesdays! We are partnering with a premier residential community to identify a Marketing Specialist who will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all marketing initiatives for a vibrant, lifestyle-driven neighborhood. This is a highly visible, on-site role that acts as the central connector between operations, sales, and external partners—ensuring brand consistency while driving awareness, engagement, and qualified traffic to the community. What You’ll Do Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy aligned with both corporate and community goals Coordinate campaigns, partnerships, and promotional efforts to increase visibility and drive visitation Serve as the on-site brand ambassador, ensuring a consistent and compelling representation of the community’s identity Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote lifestyle offerings, including amenities, dining, and events Create and manage engaging written, visual, and video content across social media, websites, and digital platforms Plan and execute community events and activations to enhance brand presence and resident experience Maintain and manage a comprehensive marketing calendar to align campaigns and events Support new home releases, model openings, and amenity launches with strategic marketing initiatives Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns, engagement, and lead generation Ensure all marketing and sales materials remain accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards Key Responsibilities & Impact Drive increased community awareness and qualified buyer traffic through strategic marketing efforts Maintain a strong and engaging social media presence that reflects the community lifestyle Partner closely with sales leadership to align marketing initiatives with sales goals Manage and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.) Oversee and update digital tools, listings, and marketing assets to ensure accuracy and effectiveness Proactively develop new collateral and marketing tools to support evolving sales needs Continuously refresh creative assets to reflect seasonal campaigns, events, and resident stories Identify new opportunities to elevate brand visibility and community reputation What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field 2–4 years of marketing experience, ideally within real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands Strong experience with social media management, content creation, and analytics Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and CRM systems preferred Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional local travel Work Environment & Requirements Primarily on-site role within the community Must be comfortable working at a computer for extended periods Occasional movement throughout the office and community for events and coordination Why This Opportunity?
