In order to be considered for this role, after clicking "Apply Now" above and being redirected, you must fully complete the application process on the follow-up screen.Position: Sr. Manager - Partnership Marketing - TSEDepartment: Corporate PartnershipsReporting Relationship: Reports to the Director of Partnership MarketingStatus: Full-Time (Exempt)Position SummaryThe Partnership Marketing Sr. Manager manages the day-to-day relationships with select Carolina Panthers and Charlotte FC partners, including account management, contract fulfillment, and retention efforts, with the goal of successfully providing our partners with best-in-class service and flawless execution.Primary ResponsibilitiesServe as primary contact for all assigned partnership accountsResponsible for overall day-to-day account management including contract activation and fulfillment, strategic direction, and budget for assigned corporate partners.Co-create with the customer, and track key performance indicators (KPI's) for Corporate Partnership relationshipsSource and curate data supporting the KPI's for the quarterly business reviews and throughout the partnership (e.g. one-off infographics)Position and present customer objectives and data in a platform customized to the audience (e.g. exec summary for the C-Suite)Manage partnership deliverables (i.e. branding, signage, media, print, promotional, entertainment elements, etc.) to ensure quality standards and that partner expectations are met.Coordinate the implementation of branding and activations during Panthers games, CLTFC matches and other events including digital signage, in-game features, and fan engagement activations.Support and review partner activations, including evaluation and approval of promotional programs, rules, artwork, and in-market supporting media.Initiate and maintain regular contact with client and/or client's agency, developing strong professional relationships.Lead quarterly business review meetings with customer stakeholdersUnderstand and navigate the hierarchy of decision-makers and influencers within Corporate Partner relationships to ensure our value proposition is communicated to allDevelop a deep understanding of your Corporate Partners business (go to market strategy, financials, macroeconomic forces, etc.) and how those impact our customer relationshipBrainstorm and collaborate, on a regular basis, incremental ideas on how to deliver KPI's to meet customer expectations and provide upsell solutionsPartner with the Corporate Partnership Sales Team member in support of customer renewals and upsellsProvide best-in-class touch point management in preparation for and the following of corporate hospitality and other customer activation eventsOther duties as assignedQualifications and Education RequirementsBachelor's degree in relevant fieldAt least 6 years of relevant work experienceMust be proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookMust be willing to work flexible hours, including some nights, and weekendsMust be willing to travel when necessaryMust pass pre-employment screensSkills for Success:Develop and maintain courteous, effective and professional working relationships with employees at all levels of the organization as well as with partners and their contacts.Must be able to follow company policies and procedures.
