We are looking for a highly organized Construction Litigation Legal Assistant to support our attorneys with complex administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal Construction Litigation Legal Assistant will manage scheduling, e-filing, document preparation, client communication, and case organization in a fast-paced litigation environment.Responsibilities include:• Handling client communication and scheduling hearings, deadlines, depositions, and mediations• Managing mail, phone calls, document production, and file organization• Preparing correspondence, motions, notices, and hearing materials• Entering attorney time, assisting with billing, and coordinating vendor invoices• E-filing in state, federal, and administrative courtsRequirements:• 5+ years of legal assistant experience, preferably in litigation• Strong typing (60+ WPM), proofreading, and document-editing skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; iManage/FileSite/Aderant preferred• Knowledge of Florida & Federal Rules of Civil Procedure• Excellent organization, communication, and time-management skillsIf you're an experienced Construction Litigation Legal Assistant seeking a fast-paced, professional environment, we'd love to hear from you.
