Position SummaryWe have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and analytical student to support our Service organization through a hands-on CRM integration project. This internship will focus on integrating existing service operations - specifically service cases and service quotes - into our Salesforce CRM platform. The role will collaborate closely with Service, Sales, and IT/CRM teams to translate current workflows into standardized, scalable Salesforce processes that improve visibility, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.ResponsibilitiesDocument and analyze current service workflows, including case management and quoting processesMap service activities and identify key data requirements for CRM integrationAssist in configuring Salesforce objects such as Cases, Work Orders, and QuotesSupport the design of standardized processes that improve handoffs between Sales and ServiceContribute to dashboard and reporting development to enhance data visibility for leadershipParticipate in cross-functional meetings to gather requirements and validate system functionalityAssist with user testing, process validation, and documentation of best practicesQualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsInterest in CRM systems, process optimization, and business systems integrationFamiliarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms is a plusAbility to translate business requirements into structured processesStrong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyProficiency in Excel; exposure to reporting tools or dashboards is a plusIntern Program Highlights12-week paid internship program (May 8 - August 3) with flexibility to accommodate academic schedulesStructured summer program including networking events, professional development opportunities, and team-building activitiesSocial outings and engagement events with fellow internsCapstone-style final presentation delivered to company leadershipValuable exposure to senior leadership and cross-functional teamsHands-on experience with CRM configuration, business process optimization, and real-world systems implementation not typically encountered in the classroomDürr Systems LLCDürr Systems USA has been present in the United States since 1970 and operates multiple locations across the United States, including facilities in Michigan and Wisconsin.
