Job Description Commercial Lines Account ManagerJob SummarySeeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a well-established and family-oriented agency. This role is integral to the team, focusing on client retention, customer service, and managing small business commercial accounts. If you are a motivated professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we encourage you to apply.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 (up to $70,000-$75,000 for exceptional candidates) + bonus opportunitiesBenefits: Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.Work Environment: Fully onsite with potential for hybrid flexibility after trainingResponsibilitiesManage and retain a book of small business commercial accounts (BOPs, GL, WC, Commercial Auto) with premiums under $25,000.Handle daily customer service tasks, including endorsements, adding vehicles, and assisting walk-in clients.Quote new and renewal business as needed.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client support and satisfaction.Utilize agency management software and rating tools to manage accounts efficiently.Qualifications/RequirementsLicenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.Experience:3-5 years of experience in commercial lines account management.Strong preference for candidates with Erie Insurance experience.Familiarity with Applied Epic or TAM software is a plus.Skills:Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.Strong work ethic and ability to work independently.Proven track record of tenure and reliability.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Cultural Fit: Must thrive in a family-oriented, drama-free, and collaborative work environment.#LI-EM1
