With a growing presence across greater Houston, TSC has earned its reputation as an industry leader and has been named a Developer of the Year by the Greater Houston Builders Association and recognized as a Top Workplace for four consecutive years.POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, the Integrated Marketing Manager oversees all aspects of TSC integrated marketing campaigns to effectively promote the organization, divisions and community brands. This position manages the Communications Specialist (media relations and organic social) and ensures a cohesive and aligned digital presence across all digital channels. Responsibilities include developing and executing multi-channel strategies, managing paid advertising and website/SEO initiatives, analyzing performance data to optimize ROI, and providing actionable insights to guide marketing decisions across the organization.ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Team Leadership & Divisional Collaboration, including:Manage, mentor and support the Communications Specialist (media relations and organic social).Align organic social content and media initiatives with integrated marketing campaigns.Collaborate with Leadership, Creative, Sales, Divisional Marketing Managers and Operations teams to support campaign execution.Integrated Marketing & Cross-Division Support, including:Multi-Channel Campaign StrategyPlan and oversee integrated campaigns across email, paid media, organic social, web, SEO and digital platforms.Build campaign briefs, timelines, creative direction, UTMs and KPIs to support company-wide and division-level initiatives.Lead Generation StrategySupport divisional teams in driving qualified leads, optimizing the marketing-to-sales funnel, and tracking performance to identify improvement opportunities.Email Marketing & AutomationDevelop and manage email campaigns, automated workflows, and lifecycle journeys in CRM.Oversee segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, deliverability, UTM tracking and performance reporting.Digital Advertising & Paid MediaDevelop paid media strategies that support company initiatives, including Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, Microsoft and Google Ads campaigns.Collaborate with external agency to maintain budgets, review performance and recommend optimizations to hit goalsOrganic Social MediaOversee the strategy, direction, and integration of organic social efforts in partnership with the Communications Specialist.Websites & SEO Development/Maintenance:Collaborate with divisional teams to determine community-specific website strategy and/or development ensuring alignment with brand standards and user experience best practicesLead ongoing SEO in partnership with third-party vendors to maximize performance goals utilizing keyword targeting, on-page optimization and search ranking metrics.Manage Marketing Data & Reporting, including:Create and optimize CRM to track leads, conversions, CPL, CPA, ROI and other KPIsCreate data-checking tools to maintain integrity of reports and dashboardsCollaborate with Marketing Managers to research trends and insights from internal dataCreate ad hoc reports, as requested by Marketing Managers or leadershipConduct competitive analyses and monitor new technologies or opportunitiesEnsure trackability for all possible advertising venues, including UTM/QR codesResearch new technologies and digital advertising opportunitiesLiaison with Agencies and Vendors:Lead partnerships with CRM integrations, portal creation, or campaign managementManage communication, contracts, terminations, and requestsResearch and vet new vendors, potential partners, or opportunitiesEXPERIENCE & SKILLS:Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field5+ years' experience in integrated or digital marketing supporting multiple business linesReal estate or homebuilding industry experience desiredExperience managing or supervising team members preferredStrong understanding of paid media, email marketing, social media, SEO and website best practicesWorking knowledge of HTML with the ability to edit and reformat website backend content as neededHubSpot experience preferredStrong analytical skills; ability to translate data into actionable insightsExperience writing messaging for email, web and paid campaignsCertifications in Google AdWords and other social media certifications preferredDemonstrated ability to develop creative, audience-driven multi-channel digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivateThe Signorelli Company is committed to providing an environment of mutual respect where equal employment opportunities are available to all.
