This role leads the strategy, performance, and evolution of the company's digital storefront, marketplace channels, and subscription commerce programs to drive sustainable revenue growth.As a key revenue leader within the organization, the VP of eCommerce is accountable for the core metrics that influence digital performance, including conversion rate, revenue per visitor, average order value, subscription growth, and overall digital revenue contribution. This role evaluates the end-to-end digital customer experience and identifies opportunities to improve how customers discover, evaluate, and purchase products across the company's digital ecosystem.The Vice President partners closely with marketing, product, technology, and analytics leadership to continuously improve the digital customer journey and unlock new opportunities for growth. This role also plays a critical part in shaping the future of the digital commerce function by establishing scalable processes, building a high performing team, and ensuring that the digital experience reflects the standards and ambitions of the 10X Health brand.OBJECTIVESDigital Revenue PerformanceOwn Shopify storefront revenue, conversion rate, revenue per visitor, and average order valueArchitect and optimize the digital customer journey from first visit through purchaseLead rigorous A/B testing programs across landing pages, product pages, checkout flows, and funnel experiencesPartner with paid media leadership to optimize traffic-to-revenue conversion across campaigns and landing experiencesDigital Merchandising & ConversionOwn digital merchandising strategy including bundles, cross-sells, upsells, and product collectionsOptimize how product bundles, protocols, and subscription offers are presented onlineDevelop promotional and merchandising strategies that increase revenue per visitor and average order valueSubscription & Retention CommerceOwn online subscription conversion, renewal rates, and subscriber lifetime valueOptimize subscription enrollment flows and retention experiencesPartner with lifecycle marketing to align on-site messaging with retention and engagement campaignsAmazon & MarketplaceOversee Amazon marketplace performance including agency relationships, advertising strategy, and listing optimizationOwn the Amazon P&L including PPC spend, ROAS, and category rankingsImplement brand defense strategies for branded search and competitive positioningEvaluate expansion opportunities to additional digital marketplacesTechnology & AnalyticsOwn the Shopify Plus technology stack and eCommerce roadmapManage integrations, applications, and infrastructure powering the digital storefrontBuild or oversee the development of dashboards connecting site performance to revenue outcomesEstablish attribution frameworks connecting marketing channels to revenue performanceCOMPETENCIESStrong commercial instinct for identifying opportunities that drive meaningful digital revenue growth across the customer journeyDemonstrates sound judgment when prioritizing digital initiatives, focusing resources on the changes most likely to produce measurable revenue impactComfort operating with full accountability for digital revenue performance and the core metrics that influence eCommerce growthAbility to translate complex performance data into clear strategic decisions that improve digital business outcomesExperienced in architecting digital commerce experiences that increase conversion, customer engagement, and lifetime valueUnderstands how to align marketing, product, and technology teams around shared digital revenue objectivesProven ability to build and scale high performing teams responsible for digital merchandising, marketplace performance, and site optimizationComfort communicating digital performance, opportunities, and strategic priorities to executive leadershipMaintains a strong focus on balancing experimentation, speed of execution, and operational discipline while pursuing revenue growthEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE10+ years of eCommerce leadership experience with at least 5+ years owning a P&LProven success scaling direct-to-consumer (DTC) revenue for health, wellness, supplement, or CPG brands preferredDeep expertise in Shopify Plus and digital storefront optimizationAmazon marketplace experience including PPC, listings, and performance managementComfortable using GA4, Shopify analytics, and business intelligence tools PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periodsOccasional travel may be required for team collaboration, launches, or leadership meetings.
