Depending on the position and meeting eligibility requirements, the bonus is paid after 90 days of employment.OverviewAs the Maintenance Technician you will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on manufacturing equipment, and maintains Rogue facilities.2nd Shift: 3pm - 11pmPay Range $32/hr - $45/hrAdditional 10% premium for 2nd ShiftBenefits include pay-on-demand via Rain, quarterly bonuses, The Revolution Fund, onsite gym with free group classes, healthcare, 401k, and more.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine preventive maintenance on production machinery, equipment, and building systemsTroubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment issuesAssist with installation, setup, and modification of manufacturing equipmentConduct inspections to identify potential equipment or facility issues before they become major problemsMaintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentationEnsure all maintenance tasks are completed in compliance with safety policies and regulationsCollaborate with production staff to minimize downtime and maintain efficiencySupport facility upkeep, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and general building repairsRespond promptly to emergency repair needsQualifications2-4 years industrial or manufacturing maintenance experienceCandidates should be technically proficient, as well as comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentPreferred knowledge of CNC, conveyance, powder coating, welding, and/or laser systemsMust be familiar with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, AC motors and variable frequency drivesAbility to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprintsAbility to lift up to 80 lbs and work in a physically demanding environmentWilling to put in extended hours including weekends as neededRogue Fitness is a Drug Free Workplace.
