We are hiring operators with experience in Dozers, Graders, and Excavators to support site development and earthwork operations.Responsibilities:Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, graders, and excavators to perform tasks such as clearing land, trenching, backfilling, grading, and general earthworkFollow site plans and directions from supervisors and project managersConduct pre- and post-operation inspections to ensure equipment is in safe working conditionPerform minor maintenance and report mechanical issues as neededAdhere to all site safety regulations and proceduresWork collaboratively with other crew members to meet project timelinesRequirements:Minimum 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment (Dozer, Grader, or Excavator)Ability to read and follow site plans and instructionsStrong understanding of equipment capabilities and limitationsMust have reliable transportationValid driver's license preferredAbility to work in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbsMust pass a pre-employment screeningPreferred:OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 CertificationBilingual (English/Spanish) a plusSchedule:Monday to Friday, some weekends as neededHours may vary depending on project demands
