In 2020, Vertical Bridge became the first tower company in the world to achieve the CarbonNeutral® company certified status and has been recertified every year since.Summary:The Vice President National Accounts is responsible for relationships and sales with a large, national-level account. This role will serve as the primary point of contact between the company and the client, working to understand the client's needs and align the company's services to meet, exceed and grow the partnership. Job Functions:Develop and implement strategic account plans to increase sales and revenueGenerate tools and ideas for improving national account customers' experience selling Vertical Bridge products and servicesDevelop and maintain strong working relationships with key account holders and customersAnalyze leasing and development statistics to determine sales potential and monitor performanceTrack, measure, and evaluate sales and customer satisfaction metrics and trendsCollaborate and partner with Regional Leasing Managers on revenue targets and growth opportunitiesResponsible for accurate and timely completion of all daily, weekly, and monthly leasing reportsUpdate sales pipeline regularly and maintain for accuracyResponsible for hitting annual goal and preparing plans and progress reports to demonstrate ability to achieve the budgetMaintain Salesforce for contact records and documentation for all meetings, calls, and emailsFormulate innovative ways of increasing customer satisfactionCollaborate with Sales and Marketing and internal teams to drive revenue growthKeep abreast of industry and market trends and best practicesThese job functions are representative of tasks accomplished by incumbents. The list is not exhaustive; incumbents perform other job-related tasks.Supervisory Responsibilities:NoneWorking Conditions and Physical Demands:Position will work remotely and require frequent travel to customer offices Education and Experience:Four-year degree preferably in Business, Marketing, or similar relevant field preferredMinimum 3 - 5 years' experience managing large, national level business accounts required, 7+ preferredMinimum 2 - 3 years' experience in wireless salesPrevious tower and/or other communication infrastructure experience is preferredExperience in Real Estate or related business is preferredPrevious experience with CRM software and toolsRequired to have excellent written, verbal and presentation skillsStrong working knowledge of sales processes and metrics with proven sales successDemonstrated skills and capabilities in analytical and critical thinking, and complex problem solvingStrong time management, prioritization skills combined with ability to work independently under firm deadlinesAbility to work in fast-paced, high-growth changing environment with a high level of productivityVertical Bridge is committed to a policy of equal employment and will not discriminate against an applicant or employee.
