Job Position: Flagger / RiggerLocation: Fayetteville, GA 30214 (Project based)Pay Rate: $22.00/hrShift: 1st ShiftSKL'D is seeking a safety-focused Flagger / Rigger to support telehandler operations on large data center construction projects. This role helps maintain safe traffic flow, protect workers, and assist telehandler operators by spotting, guiding equipment, and helping secure materials during jobsite movement.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect vehicle and pedestrian traffic safely around construction areas.Communicate with truck drivers, equipment operators, and site personnel.Serve as a spotter for telehandler operators during lifting and material movement.Use hand signals or radios to guide equipment safely.Assist with rigging and securing loads using straps, chains, and other approved equipment.Help stage materials and guide delivery trucks to unloading areas.Follow OSHA and site-specific safety procedures at all times.QualificationsExperience as a construction flagger, rigging, or laborer preferred.Experience around telehandlers, forklifts, or heavy equipment is a plus.Basic knowledge of load securing or rigging methods.Ability to work outdoors, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.Preferred CertificationsOSHA 10/30, Flagger Certification, Basic Rigging, or Equipment Spotter Training.
