The US base salary range for this full-time position is $189,000-$274,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities * Lead the visual strategy and brand identity for AI-native products, ensuring a cohesive but adaptable design language across experimental workstreams. * Help improve model output quality by prompt engineering and applying core visual design principles such as typography, space, layout, and color. * Architect and maintain a visual design system that allows engineering teams to move at startup speeds without sacrificing craft. * Utilize AI-powered design tools to rapidly prototype and iterate on various visual directions, communicating early-stage concepts and user journeys.
