Required Skills:Bachelor's Degree in Structural Engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program7+ years of structural engineering experience, preferably with EPC project backgroundProficient knowledge of structural design codes such as IBC, AISC, ACI, ASCE7Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CAD softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated leadership in managing large-scale projects and guiding engineering teamsAbility to perform quality reviews and resolve complex engineering challengesValid travel ability (up to 15%)PE License (preferred)Nice to Have Skills:Experience leading design for large EPC projectsAdditional expertise in vendor coordination, technical report writing, and client engagementProven success in sales, marketing, and securing new business opportunitiesPreferred Education and Experience:Master's Degree in Structural Engineering with 6+ years of relevant experienceEPC project experience highly preferredProfessional Engineer (PE) license is a plusOther Requirements:Ability to work in a team environment, delegate tasks, and manage project budgets and schedulesStrong critical thinking, organization, and problem-solving skillsCommitment to safety, quality assurance, and continuous improvementReady to leverage your expertise in a high-impact environment?
