Our culture emphasizes innovation, collaboration, and delivering measurable value to clients, while providing career growth and opportunities for technical leadership.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesPrepare design reports, calculations, criteria, estimates, drawings, and specificationsMake calculations regarding loads, pressures, and stresses to ensure structural integrityProvide technical advice on safe designs and construction methodsObtain planning or building regulation approvals as requiredLiaise with clients and professional staff such as architects, engineers, and construction teamsMonitor and inspect contractor work to ensure structural soundness and complianceAdminister subcontracts and manage smaller structural projectsInspect geotechnical conditions to evaluate foundation performanceUse computer-aided design (CAD) and simulation tools to model structural behaviorTechnical Skills & ToolsCAD / Modeling Software: STAAD, AutoCAD, RevitStrong knowledge of steel, concrete, and masonry designExperience with rotating machinery and vibration analysisFamiliarity with industrial construction methods, materials, and legal regulationsAbility to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
