CNC Machine Operator

HALCON Furniture, located in Stewartville, MN, manufactures award-winning, modern office furniture of the highest quality. To meet increased demand for our innovative products, we are currently seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our growing company. The ideal candidate will embrace the opportunity to contribute to the Machining Department and bring a positive attitude and strong organizational skills to a dedicated, fast-paced team.Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and maintain machinery in a manufacturing setting including CNC's, routers, wide-belt sanders, and edgebanders.Troubleshoot issues.Clean machinery and maintain cleanliness in work area.Ability to follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment.Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.Qualifications:Excellent communication skills.Attention to detail.Ability to follow written and oral instructions.Ability to work as a team.Must be detail-oriented.Experience with hand tools.Machine Operating experience preferred but not required.Salary Range:The starting range for this position is $18.00 to $22.00 per hour.
