Vice President (VP) of Marketing

Salary Range: $220K-$230K/Annum Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Vice President (VP) of Marketing/Head of Marketing to lead our brand transformation and marketing strategy. This role goes beyond direction; it calls for someone who can roll up their sleeves and execute impactful marketing initiatives. Your primary focus will be developing a marketing strategy, defining the tactics to execute, increasing lead generation, and amplifying brand awareness to drive measurable results. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Strategy and Execution: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans. Oversee digital, social, and traditional channels with a focus on execution. Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize ROI. Partner with creative teams to produce engaging and cohesive branding materials. Utilize AI throughout the MarTech stack. Lead Generation and Demand Generation: Develop and execute strategies to drive lead acquisition and customer conversion. Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals. Leverage data analytics to refine targeting and maximize lead quality. Brand Awareness: Create and implement initiatives to enhance the company s visibility. Build relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to position the company as a market authority. Identify opportunities for media placements, sponsorships, and partnerships. Event Management and Sponsorships: Organize and execute company events, ensuring alignment with marketing goals. Identify, secure, and manage event sponsors. Oversee and facilitate sponsorship agreements and transactions for seamless execution. Leadership and Collaboration: Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team. Collaborate across departments to ensure cohesive communication. Manage marketing budgets effectively to achieve optimal results. Qualifications: Proven track record managing a wide breadth of requirements from creating impactful marketing campaigns to pulling off an annual client and prospect conference. 8-10 years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in FinTech or SaaS Hands-on expertise in both traditional and digital marketing channels. Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making. Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
